Pay and Pick Up the Vehicle

How to Pick up Your Vehicle from Copart Brazil

Payment

You will only be considered the owner of the vehicle you won after you satisfy the following requirements:

  • Pay all amounts associated with the vehicles (the amount approved by the auctioneer)

  • Send all required documentation identifying the vehicle to Copart

  • Send all the necessary documentation required for billing to Copart, including:

    • Amount of the winning bid

    • DSAL (Comissão e Despesas Sobre Administração do Leilão)

    • Vehicle removal and other service fees*

Payments should be processed within the first business day from the date of the auction, or from the date of approval of a conditional sale and will be required to be made into the bank accounts indicated below:

Banco Bradesco - Branch: 3390; Checking Account: 0000492-8 Beneficiary: Copart do Brasil Organização de Leilões Ltda, CNPJ 14.517.191 / 0001-78

If a bank slip is not possible, Members may also pay via TED using the bank information above. In the interest of innovation and ease, Copart uses SERASA to avoid defaults. We do not require guarantees such as cashier's checks or deposits as collateral.

If the submission deadline for payment and forwarding or receipts is not met, the lot may be canceled and relisted, and you may be issued a fine. For payments that are made after the payment deadline, the Member will be charged R$ 100.00 BRL. However, if a Member is paying on the date of the deadline, the R$ 100.00 BRL must be inputted in the Discounts field.

Bradesco's network is to be used for issuing Sales Invoices and possible pickup of the vehicle on the same day of payment. The pickup of the vehicle will be subject to prior appointment. Please ensure that your email address is kept current, as that will be the primary method of communication.

Once you've fulfilled all steps (payment, forwarding of receipts and documentation for billing), the vehicle will be ready to be picked up.

Vehicle Pick Up

Copart Members must pick up their vehicles within three (3) business days from the date of the auction (or the approval of any conditions, as long as all debts have been settled). After this time there will be a holding fee applied to the vehicle(s). Additionally, Members no longer have to get the notarized Pickup Authorization; all they have to do is get a Pickup PIN number by going to the Self-service menu and choosing the pickup Authorization option. With this PIN, other documents and vouchers required, any person indicated by the Member can remove vehicles at Copart. Providing the necessary documents and PIN is the responsibility of the Member/Buyer.

The vehicles may be picked up from Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 16:00, except on auction days.
